Practical Training

Our first aid courses are hands on and practical utilising real scenarios that provide you with the essential life saving skills required for first aid and casualty care. We pride ourselves on delivering professional first aid training that is specific to your environment and dedicate time to understanding your specific needs.

Experienced Trainers

With over 15 years of first aid & medical expertise our team of professional trainers bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to your first aid course. All trainers have a background in teaching or training, utilising years of experience in Paramedic, Health or Mountain Rescue settings.

Open courses

We hold a number of open courses across the year including the HSE certificated Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW), Early Years & Paediatric First Aid and 16hr Outdoor First Aid . Check out our course dates or if your preferred course isn’t listed please contact us.

Private courses

If you have a group of people or employees that require first aid training we can tailor a course to your specific requirements. We can either come to you or hold the first aid course at one of our chosen training venues.
